2020-03-06 起台灣政府推動口罩實名制政策，因為規則常改，網路上的新聞出現“其餘規則不變”讓我這個記性不好的人很困擾（想不起來其餘規則是啥），於是來整理這篇。

何時可買？

用健保卡買了以後，七天後始得再買。 Eg: 2020-02-20 買了 2020-02-27 才能買。

能買多少？

• 成人口罩購買量增加為7天3片，兒童購買口罩購買量增加為7天5片。
• 一片五元

那裡可買？

• 全國各據點(含健保特約藥局及衛生所) 查詢：目前覺得 kiang 做的口罩地圖用起來最順手。

Started from 2020-02-06, to buy masks in Taiwan, you need to follow the instructions from Taiwan government.

How many could I buy? When?

With your National Health Insurance Card issued by Taiwanese government, for every 7 ddays:

• Adults 3 masks
• Children 5 masks
• 5 NTD$ per piece

Where to buy?

See mask web map, I'm not sure if there's English version at the moment, but with that, you can find the nearby pharmacies with stock(green) and plan your routes in advance. Note that sometimes the pharmacies uses tokens to resolve the queueing issue. I would recommend trying the ones you have been to and know the selling rules first.

這個口罩地圖能在大流量撐下來算是老司機了，我發現他用 github page，圖層是用 open street map。整體而言算是蠻順的。 就是地圖拉遠的時候真的很頓，我想應該是要用處理 cluster 的技巧來做掉？ 這個口罩事件讓對 GIS 有興趣的人變多了，提醒我的 terriajs 學習進度嚴重落後 XD，加油！
